5.3 Other Promotional Offers

fanwin may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer description. No promotional offer is equivalent to cash.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to claim bonuses through any dishonest method — fanwin may cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on fanwin are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

10.2 Closure by the User

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to withdrawal conditions being met).

11. Dispute Resolution
